Another Week Gone

Hi Everyone. It has been a couple of days since the last blog and I am sorry. I took yesterday off and rested. Today we had a great lunch after church with the congregation and the new volunteers. We have 3 groups of volunteers this week we have one team from Indiana another from Washington. We have another team from Indiana, a high school football team coming in this evening from Monty and Susan's home town and they are excited, as they should be. It really does get us excited when a group from our home towns come down to volunteer and it makes you feel like family is coming. I am still waiting for a group from our state of Delaware to come down and volunteer. We have never had a group from Delaware to come and volunteer. I know we have a lot of great people in Delaware who have a big heart and want to help so, I would like to put a challenge out to my home state of Delaware, to please get together and come here to help rebuild. Allen and I would love see you. It doesn't matter if we didn't know you when we were there just come on down and we will know you here. I know people think that there is no more work to be done here but I have put many pictures on this site that prove otherwise. Don't believe what you hear believe what the Lord tells you and show these pictures to your friends and family as proof. If you need information about how to get here and what is entailed to come let me know and I will give you all the information. Just email me on this website and I will get it. Thank you in advance for coming.

Well the picture you see is of our wonderful pastors. Pastor Teresa Reiger is the senior pastor of the church and has been here before the storm and after the storm. When a lot of preachers and churches left and did not come back, she never left and was determined to rebuild the church and the communities. With all the help from volunteers from the states this has happened and we are still helping people rebuild their homes. Then there is Pastor Larry who has come from New York to help pastor Teresa with her vision. He has created a non-profit organization called His Hands 2 Go. This is the means of rebuilding the communities and houses of the people who want to rebuild. Pastor Larry teaches about Love and has great in site. You would really love both these pastors. They are very dear to mine and Allen's heart. Keep them in your prayes.

Well until next time remember we love you and will pray for you. Lots of love coming your way from....Allen and Dovie.
